Shop privacy

What we collect

• Your name, shipping address and email address, so the parcel can be addressed and the receipt sent.
• What you ordered, and what it cost.
• A payment reference from Stripe or PayPal.

We never see or store your card number. The card fields belong to Stripe and the PayPal buttons belong to PayPal; neither hands the number to us.

What this shop is not

Shop orders are commercial records. They hold no health information: no compound, no dose, no schedule, nothing about anyone’s body, and no link to a Peptivist app account. Buying a tray tells us that somebody bought a tray.

The Peptivist app has its own privacy policy covering the health data it holds, and the two are kept separate on purpose.

Who else sees it

• Stripe and PayPal, to take the payment.
• The shipping carrier, to deliver the parcel.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we run no advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in practice is several years. Ask us to delete anything not covered by that and we will.
