Who you are buying from

Opsgrip LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, trading as Peptivist Shop. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

What you are buying

Storage and organization accessory only. Not a medical device. Not sterile and cannot be sterilized. Not intended to contact medication, needles or skin, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 3D printed: hand wash with mild soap or wipe with isopropyl alcohol; do not machine wash, autoclave or boil. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

We sell no consumable products of any kind. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to use any substance. Follow your pharmacist’s or clinician’s storage instructions for anything you own.

Orders, prices and availability

• Prices are in US dollars and are calculated on our servers at checkout. The amount charged is the amount shown on the order summary.
• Everything is made to order. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full - for example if a listing was priced wrongly, or if we cannot make it to the standard we would ship.
• Sales tax is collected where we are required to collect it. Nebraska today; other states as thresholds are crossed.

You must be 18 or older to buy from this site.

Warranty and liability

Goods are sold as described. If something arrives faulty or does not match its listing, the returns policy applies and it is the remedy we offer.

To the extent the law allows, Opsgrip LLC’s total liability arising from any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Nebraska law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts sitting in Nebraska are where any dispute about them is heard.
