Rates

• $6.99 flat rate on most orders.
• $10.99 on heavier orders - the larger cases and the multi-item kits.
• Free on orders over $75.

These are close to what the postage actually costs us. We would rather charge what a parcel costs and price the products honestly than bury nine dollars of shipping in a seven dollar part.

Timing

Nothing here sits on a shelf. Every part is printed for your order, which takes time that a warehouse does not: most orders ship within three to five business days of being placed.

If yours is going to take longer than that, you will hear from us before the fifth day rather than after it.

Where we ship

The United States, including APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet, and the checkout says so at the address field rather than accepting an order we cannot fulfill.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is first scanned by the carrier, not when the label is printed. Those are usually a day apart, and the second one is the one that means your parcel is actually moving.
