Measure the glass before ordering: 16 mm across is a 3 ml well, 22 mm is a 5 ml. Ordering the wrong size is the single most common reason anything in this category comes back, and a millimeter is cheaper to check than a return.

A canister on a twist-on cup. Drop a frozen 3.94 in round gel pack in the cup, twist the canister on over it, and the pack sits against the underside of the vial plate. The lid drops on and locks with a quarter turn.
