Measure the glass before ordering: 16 mm across is a 3 ml well, 22 mm is a 5 ml. Ordering the wrong size is the single most common reason anything in this category comes back, and a millimeter is cheaper to check than a return.

A sleeve and a tray. Pull the knob and the tray slides out; push it home and the side toggle drops into its detent and holds it. The back is closed, so it stands either way up on a shelf.
